News Channel 20/FOX Illinois is seeking a full-time Digital Content Lead to manage real-time multi-platform journalism, shape web and social media strategies, and guide our newsroom staff to maximize audience growth.

The role requires 3+ years in digital journalism, CMS proficiency, SEO and analytics, and strong team leadership. Base salary is $45K-$50K with comprehensive benefits.

This is a salaried position. The base salary compensation range for this role is $45K-$50K. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, vacation time, and floating holidays.
