Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 5–7 years of experience in web content management, including 3 of the last 5 years.
• Experience with FHA transportation topics is preferred.
• Proven ability to write/edit, develop training materials, and publish content using CMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, manage, and maintain digital content across public-facing and internal platforms.
• Edit content, manage reviews, and upload content via CMS; ensure accuracy and publish regularly.
• Optimize pages for SEO and ensure compliance with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards.
