Social Media Content Creator/Specialist Description

Our client, a luxury retailer, is looking to add a Social Media Content Specialist to their team near Manhasset, NY. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless shift to bring marketing efforts in-house. You’ll lead the development and execution of content strategy across all social platforms by creating visually engaging, on-brand content and managing day-to-day interactions with the customer community. Our client is looking for someone with experience in creating content specifically for social media, as well as photography and video editing skills. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for luxury/lifestyle content will be key in crafting compelling narratives and visuals. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company in a highly visible and impactful role.

Social Media Content Creator/Specialist Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest

• Write engaging captions, blog posts, and product highlights

• Schedule and publish content across all platforms

• Engage with followers by managing comments, tags, and direct messages

• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for better reach and engagement

• Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to align content with broader business goals

• Monitor trends in luxury lifestyle and social media to keep content fresh and relevant

• Propose creative initiatives such as influencer partnerships or new content series, etc.

• Manage a consistent publishing schedule with bi-weekly reviews and performance updates

• Coordinate with internal team to align content with launches, promotions, and events
