Globe Life in McKinney, TX is seeking a Digital Content Creator to develop and write marketing and communications content across print and digital channels. This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of professional writing or copywriting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional writing or copywriting experience in marketing or communications.
• Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating range across content types.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English with ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Ability to apply brand standards across diverse content types and projects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written content.
• Ability to lead project discussions and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with project management systems and AI-assisted content tools is a plus.

Role Overview

Could you be our next Digital Content Creator ? Globe Life is looking for a Digital Content Creator to join the team!

In this role, you are responsible for developing and writing a wide variety of marketing and communications content across print and digital channels and collaborates with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to refine ideas, solve content challenges, and deliver content that supports business objectives. This role is also responsible for maintaining established brand standards while working with limited direction to execute high-quality content that drives results.

This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Fri. In Office Tues, Wed, Thurs).

What You Will Do

• Develop and write high-quality content across print and digital channels, including flyers, brochures, training materials, blogs, magazine articles, and video scripts.

What You Can Bring
