ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking aDigital Content Creatorto produce compelling digital content that supports our daily communications strategy.

This role is responsible for transforming current events, research insights, and strategic messaging into engaging visual and video content designed for today's digital audiences. Working closely with research analysts, strategists, and communications leadership, you will help bring complex stories to life through graphics, short-form videos, animations, presentations, and other digital assets.

The ideal candidate has exceptional creative instincts, understands how compelling visual content captures attention, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where daily news cycles and emerging narratives drive creative priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop daily digital content, including graphics, videos, animations, motion assets, presentations, and short-form creative content.
• Translate research, intelligence briefings, and messaging priorities into compelling visual storytelling.
• Produce high-quality digital content optimized for multiple communication channels and audiences.
• Create timely content that responds to breaking news, emerging narratives, and evolving events.
• Design branded creative assets that maintain consistency across campaigns and organizational initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with research analysts and communications teams to ensure content is accurate, strategically aligned, and ready for rapid deployment.
• Edit short-form videos, motion graphics, and other multimedia content using modern creative tools.
• Generate creative concepts that simplify complex geopolitical topics into engaging visual stories.
• Participate in daily editorial and content planning meetings while contributing new creative ideas and campaign concepts.
• Maintain organized creative assets, templates, and production files to support efficient content creation.
• Stay current with emerging creative technologies, design trends, storytelling techniques, and multimedia best practices.
• Continuously refine creative work based on performance insights, audience engagement, and strategic feedback.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Background in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Motion Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional digital design, visual storytelling, and multimedia production.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related creative tools.
• Experience producing high-quality digital graphics, video content, motion graphics, presentations, and multimedia assets.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, composition, branding, and motion design.
• Ability to balance creativity with strategic messaging and editorial accuracy.
• Comfortable producing high-quality creative under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines while producing innovative creative work.
