Let’s Talk about the Role

As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the creation and delivery of product imagery for The North Face across global digital channels. This role is responsible for coordinating end‑to‑end product photography workflows, ensuring high‑quality, consistent, and product‑accurate imagery that supports our global eCommerce and marketplace needs. You will work closely with content, production, merchandising, and external studio partners to deliver assets that reflect the premium quality of the brand. The ideal candidate is highly organized, product‑focused, and detail‑driven, with a strong understanding of photography production processes and a proactive mindset toward leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiency in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

What You Will Do
Product Photography & Shoot Coordination
  • Coordinate and manage product photography shoots from planning to delivery.

  • Create and maintain shot lists aligned with product priorities and brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and creative teams to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Support occasional off‑site commercial shoots in line with brand and production standards.

Product Focus & Merchandising Mindset
  • Apply a strong product‑first mindset to ensure all imagery clearly represents product features, fit, and key selling points.

  • Ensure imagery clearly communicates product features, fit, and key selling points.

  • Partner with merchandising team to reflect seasonal priorities and assortment needs.

  • Drive completeness, accuracy, and consistency of product content to support conversion.

Studio Operations & Logistics
  • Coordinate studio schedules, agencies, and production workflows.

  • Manage model bookings, contracts, and styling coordination.

  • Ensure smooth execution of all production activities.

Content & Asset Management
  • Ensure assets meet technical and platform requirements for global distribution.

  • Support post‑production processes, including asset selection, basic reviews, and approvals before release.

  • Deliver content on time for key launches and milestones.

Workflow & Collaboration
  • Track production timelines and improve workflows, leveraging AI tools where relevant.

  • Collaborate with eCommerce, merchandising, and production teams to align on priorities.

  • Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all outputs.

Skills For Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Photography, Fashion Management, or a related field.

  • A 2-4 years of experience in content production, product photography coordination, or eCommerce operations—ideally within retail, fashion, or outdoor brands.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • High attention to detail and strong product‑oriented mindset with an understanding of merchandising and commercial drivers.

  • Good understanding of photography production workflows, studio operations, and asset management processes.

  • Interest in and ability to apply AI tools to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance content production efficiency.

  • Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional and global teams.

  • Strong communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Knowledge of image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Figma).

Plus
  • These points below are considered a plus: Experience with DAM systems (preferably Cloudinary and Orange Logic) and content workflows.

  • Experience coordinating model bookings, contracts, styling, and shoot logistics.

  • Experience in outdoor, sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

  • Familiarity with global content distribution and eCommerce environments.
