Job description

As one of the fastest-growing on-the-go drinkware companies in America, we’ve got a reputation for doing great things. Our vision is simple - bring delight to eating and drinking.

Delight is different to everyone. Whether it’s the perfect cup of coffee, or a water bottle that helps you crush your workout, our mission is to make it look great, function perfectly and cost less than you’d expect.

Delivering on this promise takes extraordinary efforts and exceptional people. Through our teams’ ingenuity and grit, we’ve created a place where the best ideas win, and they can come from anyone. Our culture combines the scrappy spirit of a startup with the perks of a market leader.

We believe the right way to design products starts and ends with two key ingredients: process + people. Process is the path that takes us from ideas to products that are on brand, on time and on budget. People are the secret sauce that adds ingenuity every step of the way.

Together, we navigate each day with optimism, curiosity, a healthy sense of humor and a strong allergy to the word “no.” This desire for better, coupled with a deep understanding of consumers’ daily lives, gets us to meaningful delight.

About the Role

Do you love a well-run shoot almost as much as the final shot? Reporting to the Digital Content Producer, the Leapfrog Content Coordinator will keep our photo and video production running smoothly, from writing creative briefs and booking talent to tracking samples and checking every asset for color and detail before it goes out. You’ll work with teams across the company on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retailer needs, and help grow our network of creative talent along the way. If you’re organized, detail-obsessed, and excited to help bring our brands to life across retail and digital channels, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do
  • Support production of photo and video content that aligns with brand messaging, marketing plans, and business objectives.
  • Draft detailed creative briefs for photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand vision, storytelling objectives, and campaign strategies.
  • Maintain a well-organized production schedule for all shoots, tracking deadlines, asset delivery, and project milestones.
  • Handle first outreach to photographers, videographers, or other vendors to check availability for upcoming shoots.
  • Collaborate with the Sample Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of approved product samples for photo and video shoots.
  • Complete first-pass edit reviews for digital assets including color accuracy against the physical sample, retouching notes, file specs, and naming conventions.
  • Manage retailer-specific content requests and ensure assets meet partner deadlines and brand compliance standards.
  • Work cross-functionally to prioritize production projects based on seasonal marketing campaigns, product launches, and retailer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of creative vendors, continuously sourcing new talent to support evolving content needs.
  • Ensure all assets are properly named, categorized, and stored for seamless cross-functional access.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in photography, videography, and digital content.
  • Occasional travel to off site shoots when needed.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Journalism or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in content production, creative operations, or marketing coordination, ideally in consumer products or retail.
  • A sharp eye for visual detail, including color accuracy, image quality, and retouching needs.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of digital asset specs, naming conventions, and file organization; DAM experience is a plus
  • Experience in photo and video production, including conceptualizing shoots, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing post-production, is a strong advantage.
