Ladders is seeking a Digital Consulting Senior Manager - Azure Architect to shape cloud data architecture solutions that enable advanced analytics, reporting, and scalable platform delivery. The Senior Manager will own end-to-end architecture across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers while partnering with engineering teams, project leaders, and executive stakeholders.

This is a highly technical leadership role focused on designing secure, performant, and governable cloud solutions

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in cloud data architecture with Azure and Fabric.
• Expertise with Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, and SQL Database.
• Strong Fabric workloads including Power BI and Data Factory pipelines.
• Experience with governance, security, and IaC.
• Azure or Fabric certification such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Consulting Senior Manager - Azure Architect to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will shape cloud data architecture solutions that enable advanced analytics, reporting, and scalable platform delivery. The Senior Manager will own end-to-end architecture across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers while partnering with engineering teams, project leaders, and executive stakeholders. This is a highly technical leadership role focused on designing secure, performant, and governable cloud solutions within a consulting environment. The work will also include creating reusable frameworks and guiding teams through complex delivery efforts. Location: Remote. Compensation: $165,000 – $190,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud analytic solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
• Own the end-to-end architecture across data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
• Ensure best practices for security, compliance, and performance are followed.
• Document and communicate platform architecture to stakeholders and executives.
• Establish frameworks and accelerators for efficient project initiation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
• Lead project delivery workstreams across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cloud data architecture, particularly with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
• Expertise in Azure services such as Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure SQL Database.
• Strong knowledge of Fabric workloads including Power BI and Data Factory pipelines.
• Experience with platform governance, security, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Proficiency in cloud architecture design patterns such as microservices and serverless.
• Microsoft Azure or Fabric certification, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
