Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
• 3+ years leading implementations with at least two of the following Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Procurement/Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Product Hub, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Purchasing, Cost Management
• Experience supporting implementations in Healthcare and/or Manufacturing industries
• Functional application specialist experience
• Excellent communication skills — oral and written — and interpersonal skills to establish trust and collaboration quickly
• Ability to train and mentor staff in project management and technical skills
• Proven ability to contribute to multiple projects of varying scale and duration

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal teams

The estimated base salary ranges from $145,000 to $170,000, with total compensation including incentives estimated between $166,750 and $212,500. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, market conditions, and travel requirements. The role includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision coverage, and wellness programs. Salary transparency complies with applicable laws.
