We are seeking outstanding consultants with expertise in enterprise software and analytics solutions to join our team. Our Associates utilize Huron tools, methodologies, and best practices in the selection, planning, and implementation of leading enterprise software solutions.

Responsibilities include project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting, client interface/presentations, and mentoring junior staff. This role offers valuable consulting experience and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting, and interfacing with business users
• At least 2 years of experience with ERP cloud implementations in a consulting role
• Experience leading implementations with Oracle Cloud modules such as General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, and others
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

The estimated salary range is $105,000 - $145,000, with total compensation including incentives estimated between $117,600 - $171,100. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, and wellness programs.
