Job summary

Caesars Digital is seeking an experienced Compliance/Project Manager to oversee onboarding and expansion initiatives across states. You will coordinate with internal departments and state gaming boards, ensuring smooth collaboration from inception to completion.

Responsibilities include planning, risk assessment, and maintaining project documentation while traveling to projects nationwide as needed. Strong communication and independent decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance and/or Project Management in a regulated environment.
• Experience in gaming/hospitality industry is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop project plans ahead of activity to meet goals.
• Craft plans ensuring compliance responsibilities across lines of business.
• Identify reporting deadlines for finance, operations and compliance teams.
• Strategize processes and risk assessments for projects.
• Monitor progress to ensure adherence to the plan and timelines.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and tighten timelines.
• Lead stakeholders during planning, execution and go-live phases.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.
• Ensure client satisfaction during and after projects.
• Travel to different projects nationwide as needed.
