Celsius Holdings, Inc. seeks a Digital Communities Coordinator (Alani Social) to support our Alani Nu social team.

Based in-office in Boca Raton, FL or Louisville, KY, you will manage daily engagement across Instagram, Threads, X, and Facebook while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in influencer marketing, social media, or community management, a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and tagged content across social platforms.

• Foster positive brand sentiment with on-brand interactions.
• Escalate feedback and trending topics to team leads.
• Assist in developing messaging ideas for social campaigns.
• Assist with scheduling and brainstorming community-first content.
• Support daily/weekly reporting and platform analytics.

Digital Communities Coordinator, Alani Social

Position Overview

Reporting to the Digital Communities Associate Manager, the Digital Communities Coordinator will support our Alani Nu Social team. The Social Community Management and Engagement role is responsible for fostering meaningful relationships between the brand and its online community. This position will manage daily engagement across Instagram, Threads, X, and Facebook by responding to messages and comments, monitoring conversations, and escalating important feedback or potential concerns.

The role will also support community reporting, campaign tracking, and the identification of audience insights, trends, and content opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating thoughtful, timely, and on-brand interactions while collaborating with social, creative, influencer, ambassador, and customer service teams.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or community management (internships count!).

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Additional Requirements

Experience with Excel.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand voice professionally and enthusiastically.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and current social trends.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and track many moving pieces at once.

Comfortable using influencer marketing platforms, social media monitoring tools, or CRM systems (e.g., Tribe Dynamics, Sprout Social).

A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for digital communities and creator culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and tagged content across social platforms in a timely and on-brand manner.
• Manage Instagram's general, request, and spam inboxes to ensure messages are reviewed, addressed, or escalated appropriately.
• Apply accurate comment, mention, sentiment, and campaign tags in Sprout Social to support organization and campaign reporting.
• Foster positive brand sentiment through timely, thoughtful, and on-brand interactions.
• Escalate social community feedback, concerns, and trending topics to appropriate team leads.
• Assist in developing creative and engaging messaging ideas for social campaigns to align with brand voice and drive community interest.
• Assist in scheduling and brainstorming community-first driven content across social platforms.
• Assist with daily and weekly reporting, platform analytics, and tracking social performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, ambassador, and influencer teams to support social initiatives and campaign execution.

Pay and Compensation

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
