Job summary

LSTC is seeking a proactive Communications Specialist to support marketing and digital initiatives for Admissions and Advancement. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, you will manage social channels, email campaigns, and visual storytelling to amplify our mission for justice, inclusion, and creation care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in communications or marketing.
• 3–5 years of professional communications, digital media, or marketing experience.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms and content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain editorial and social media calendars across platforms.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Capture on-site content and produce basic photos and short-form videos.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex messaging.
• Monitor digital analytics and report on performance to optimize outreach.
• Support recruitment and fundraising campaigns via social and email channels.
• Manage paid social advertising campaigns and performance reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain strong communications.
