We support maternal and reproductive health, care coordination, LGBTQIA health, health equity research, and community-based education. Through virtual and in-person programs, we connect individuals, students, and families to trusted, culturally responsive care and information.

Role Description

This is a part-time volunteer position (remote) for a Digital Communications Coordinator. You’ll manage digital content across our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website to strengthen our visibility, storytelling, and impact. Ideal for someone passionate about health equity, community engagement, and mission-driven branding.

Location: Remote

Time Commitment: ~5–10 hrs./week, flexible (one weekly meeting with founders)

Compensation: Volunteer (potential for future stipend)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Maintain and update the Bridge to Equity website (Google Sites)
  • Draft posts, newsletters, and campaign content, working with founders
  • Collaborate with leadership to align visuals and messaging
  • Monitor engagement and suggest improvements
  • Support special initiatives, such as with provider partnerships
