Job summary

Mortimer & Mimi Levitt Foundation is seeking a Digital Communications Associate to manage day-to-day posting and content production for Levitt Foundation’s social channels and blogs. You will craft engaging content, support national and LA-specific sites, and contribute multimedia graphics.

You will develop an editorial calendar, monitor analytics, and assist in email campaigns, ads, and cross-promotional efforts to expand Levitt’s reach nationwide.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in social media and/or digital communications.
• Proficient with major social media platforms and content strategy.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and think creatively.
• Understanding of basic graphic design principles with experience in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop; Illustrator a plus.
• Proficient in video editing and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing social media strategies to promote Levitt’s mission across national platforms.
• Produce and update content for national Levitt websites and Levitt Los Angeles.
• Create engaging eblasts and e-news for Levitt Foundation and Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles.
• Develop and maintain a social media editorial calendar.
• Track social media metrics and Google Analytics; produce monthly reports.
