Job summary

Acosta Employee Holdco LLC is seeking a Business Manager Assistant to support the Kroger & Harris Teeter Digital Commerce Team. You will help with item maintenance, content updates, and retailer systems to ensure accurate product information across platforms.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, account support, retail operations, data management, digital commerce, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process Item Maintenance Forms for new item onboarding, item changes, and product updates.
• Ensure all retailer requirements, documentation, and submissions are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor item setup requests through completion and resolve issues impacting launch timelines.
• Verify item information, pricing, attributes, product descriptions, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain product content across multiple SaaS-based content management and syndication platforms.
• Support digital shelf initiatives by ensuring product information is complete and retailer compliant.
• Perform content audits and quality assurance reviews to identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate updates to product descriptions, images, attributes, and marketing content.
• Develop knowledge of Kroger Ad Platform (KAP) and Kroger Prism, and related retailer technologies.
• Support digital merchandising and retail media initiatives through platform administration and execution support.
• Assist with reporting, data collection, and retailer-specific digital requirements.
• Partner with internal teams to support evolving digital commerce strategies.
• Work with Business Managers to support customer objectives and retailer requirements.
• Manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously with high service levels.
