Job summary

• Experience with digital content management and metadata creation.
• Understanding of library policies related to digital acquisitions and ingest.
• Ability to plan and implement digital acquisition projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage automated workflows for ingesting, reviewing, describing, inventorying, and storing digital content.
• Provide knowledge of library policies and procedures to acquire digital materials.
• Enable access to software and hardware tools to transfer digital collections into library systems.
• Assist in planning and implementing portions of digital acquisitions projects.
• Assist in implementing plans for projects, including division of work.
• Provide workflow implementation, testing, and improvement to meet goals.
• Consult with senior staff to resolve issues.
