Job summary

ITHAKA is seeking a Digital Collections Success Manager to partner with libraries in JSTOR Stewardship, helping them adopt stewardship into workflows and drive long-term retention. You will be the primary contact, collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and technical support to maximize participant success and design future growth for the Stewardship product line.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in higher education or libraries
• Demonstrated expertise in special collections, archives, or digital collections
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
• Proactive self-starter with initiative to move projects forward
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills, including webinars/workshops
• Comfortable working with data to extract learnings and demonstrate evidence

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with practitioners and leaders at participating accounts to increase adoption and retention
• Lead onboarding experiences, kickoff meetings, and custom training sessions for new institutions
• Support JSTOR Stewardship trials with kickoff calls and ongoing check-ins during trials
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and support to increase participant success
• Travel 20-30% for library onsite visits, regional conferences, and some travel to NY or Ann Arbor as needed
• Serve as SME for each account, documenting key contacts and insights
