The Role
ITHAKA is seeking an agile and collaborative archives or distinctive collections professional to join our team as a Digital Collections Success Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow JSTOR Digital Stewardship Services, an innovative offering that expands the impact and discoverability of libraries’ distinctive collections. In this role, you’ll partner closely with libraries to help them achieve their digital collection management goals while contributing to the evolution of a growing service that is shaping the future of digital stewardship at ITHAKA.
As Digital Collections Success Manager you will be the first point of contact and partner for libraries participating in JSTOR Stewardship, focused on helping them successfully adopt Stewardship into their workflows and steward their success to support long term retention. You will report to the Lead Manager for Participant Success and collaborate closely with partners across the Stewardship business unit team (sales, marketing, product, technical support) to increase participant success.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $73,000 to $92,000 per year. Starting pay may vary with job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At present, our total compensation package for benefits-eligible employees includes medical, dental, and vision plans, an employer-paid 10% retirement contribution, paid parental and caregiver leave, 22 days of paid time off, 11 paid holidays, up to 12 paid sick days, wellness benefits, and more. Please note that ITHAKA, at its discretion, may make changes to its benefits programs from time to time.
