This full-time, in-office role uses established procedures to review accounts, communicate with clients to resolve collections, and respond to inquiries from clients, customers, or attorneys.

The ideal candidate has prior law firm experience and strong MS Word skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Prior law firm experience.
• Prior banking or logistics experience also a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Word
• Knowledge of JST a plus

Responsibilities

• Follow set procedures and steps to review accounts
• Communicate with clients to resolve collections accounts
• Respond to client/customer or attorney inquiries via email
