F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Digital Channels Development Program Associate in Pittsburgh to support digital product development and lifecycle management for online and mobile platforms. You will assist product managers, document requirements, and learn how digital banking experiences are built and refined.
The role emphasizes product analytics, customer experience, and vendor management to drive adoption and strategic insights across FNB’s digital channels.

FNB’s Digital Channels Development Program is designed to build foundational skills in digital product management, customer experience, and payments. Through hands‑on experience and structured learning, you will support the development, testing, and performance of digital banking solutions including online and mobile platforms. FNB’s Development Programs aim to equip Associates with the skills and experience necessary for a successful transition into integral positions within one of our teams.
You will support Product Managers in the design, development, and enhancement of digital banking experiences, including online and mobile platforms. You will assist in documenting product features, user requirements, and enhancements. You will learn how digital products are developed and managed throughout their lifecycle.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
