As a Client Solutions Architect Director in Digital Channels & Connectivity, you will serve as a technical expert for a set of products. You should be well-versed in the sales cycle and in designing solutions to address complex client problems. As a team leader with advanced technical skills, you will innovate on product solutioning, design, enhancement, and modification, and develop new methods for teams to consult effectively with clients, continually improving their experience with our firm's products.

Job Responsibilities
  • Advise Client Solutions Architect teams on strategies and best practices for configuring and customizing existing products and solutions, often collaborating with Technology teams to meet complex client use cases.
  • Coordinate with clients and our Development and Delivery teams, utilizing your technical expertise, experience, and client feedback to lead product design and define development requirements for enhancements.
  • Engage Sales in solutioning and guide deal stages on high-level pricing, pipeline planning, and account management.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working with a broad set of products to solve client use cases.
  • Extensive experience partnering with clients in a technology setting alongside engineers.
  • Experience supporting a Sales team in pitching and delivering complex technical products, projects, or applications.
  • Proven ability to structure and manage complex business solutions or technology problems to meet client needs, while advising teams on strategies and best practices.

Base Pay/Salary

Jersey City, NJ: $166,250 - $260,000/year; Chicago, IL: $147,250 - $235,000/year
