Job summary

This role acts as the operational backbone, coordinating orders, assets, and campaign details to ensure timely launches and client satisfaction. You will work closely with Account Executives, Integrated Marketing Managers, and clients, handling campaign setup, asset collection, and performance tracking in a fast-paced hybrid environment with in-office presence

Qualifications

• Experience with digital advertising campaigns and platforms.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple campaigns.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Enter digital orders accurately and on time.
• Manage campaigns in WideOrbit and vCreative.
• Upload assets and campaign details for execution.
• Ensure campaigns align with proposals and client expectations.
• Coordinate with AEs, IMMs, and clients for smooth launches.
• Track assets, pixels, and targeting parameters.
