Title: Digital Business Analyst II (Data Engineer)

Location: Remote

Duration: 11 Months

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into detailed user and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and technical teams to document digital project needs and ensure development alignment.
• Write and maintain comprehensive Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), user stories, and use cases to guide development.
• Create system models, data flow diagrams, and user scenarios to support testing and design validation.
• Conduct gap analysis, define closure strategies, and manage multiple project timelines and deliverables with project managers.
• Possess strong knowledge of digital SDLC methodologies and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio for business documentation.

Skills:

Strong clickstream familiarity and EDA skills -Experience in Databricks, Qlik, Tableau Passionate about LLMs and their enterprise-level use cases

Some ETL experience -Familiarity with the business of consumer facing software and product analysis (events & sessions as levels of granularity, funnels, engagement)
