Now Brewing – Digital Brand Manager! #tobeapartner

From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and rich traditions, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.

As a Digital Brand Manager supporting the U.S. Roastery business, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the Roastery experience to life through compelling digital storytelling, integrated campaigns, and customer-facing communications. This role sits at the intersection of brand marketing, digital engagement, customer experience, and operational execution, helping shape how customers connect with the Starbucks Reserve brand across social media, digital platforms, websites, menu communications, and Roastery marketing channels.

Working closely with cross-functional partners across the business, you will lead the planning and execution of digital brand initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, showcase the premium Roastery experience, and support business priorities. This is a highly collaborative and hands‑on role, requiring both strategic thinking and direct content creation to bring the Starbucks Reserve story to life.

As a Digital Brand Manager, You Will

Capture photography and video content that showcases products, partners, events, and experiences while partnering with agencies and creative resources when needed.
  • Bring campaigns and experiences to life – Partner with business stakeholders to execute integrated campaigns, product launches, seasonal activations, and key Roastery events through compelling content, communications, and storytelling.
  • Manage digital channels and brand presence – Serve as the owner of the Roasteries' digital presence, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards across websites, online business profiles, customer review platforms, and other customer-facing digital channels.
  • Drive marketing operations excellence – Manage project timelines, approvals, production schedules, in‑store printed materials, and execution processes to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Leverage insights and partnerships to drive results – Analyze performance metrics and customer insights to optimize content and campaigns while collaborating across a highly matrixed organization to deliver business objectives.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Are

  • Energized by bringing premium experiences to life through digital channels
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with hands‑on execution
  • Skilled at influencing and collaborating across teams and stakeholders
  • Creative, curious, and data‑informed in decision making
  • Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
We'd Love To Hear From People With

  • Experience creating and managing digital content, including photography, videography, copywriting, social media, website content, and customer‑facing communications
  • Experience executing campaigns, launches, and marketing initiatives from planning through implementation
  • Experience managing digital channels, online brand presence, and content governance while maintaining alignment with brand standards
  • Strong analytical, communication, project management, and cross‑functional leadership skills, including the ability to influence and drive results in a matrixed organization
  • Experience working with creative agencies, content partners or external vendors preferred
