Job summary

Lakeside Book Company is hiring a Digital Bindery Operator in Ohio. You’ll work on the 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:00pm) after training on the 1st shift, earning $15.00/hour with a $1.50 shift differential and access to On Demand Pay. This role includes learning on the job and opportunities to grow.

The job requires a high school diploma or 6+ months’ experience, basic math, ruler use, and computer skills. physical duties and safety rules apply.

Digital Bindery Operator | $15.00/hr + $1.50 Shift Differential | On Demand Pay

What You’ll Get:

• $15.00/hr+$1.50 shift differential once working on 2 nd Shift
• On Demand Pay
• Opportunity to learn on the job

Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday – overtime as required

Training: Your first 4-5 weeks will be worked on 1 st shift (5:30am-2:00pm). Following your successful competition of training, you will move to your 2 nd shift schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate bindery equipment
• Basic machine maintenance
• Communicate with other departments as needed
• Assist with packaging as needed
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or 6+ months of experience - required
• Ability to perform simple math
• Ability to use a ruler – both standard and metric
• Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, squat, climb, and lift up to 50lbs frequently
• Read small print, work in close quarters, and complete small finger movements
• Exposure to dust or fumes, and marked changes in temperature and/or humidity
