Position: Digital Banking Specialist I

Grade: ADM-2

Reports to: Digital Banking Manager

Location: Main

Job Summary

Performs daily operational activities for the Bank's digital service products, including ATM network, gift/travel card services, merchant services, instant issue, and remote deposit capture. Acts as a contact for resolving digital banking product errors and maintains high customer satisfaction.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create and implement ATM balancing schedules, including security officer payments.
  • Complete monthly/daily reports timely.
  • Pay off-site ATM rent using monthly reports by the 15th.
  • Assist banking centers with ATM/ITM balancing and inquiries.
  • Install, relocate, remove, and activate ATMs/ITMs.
  • Travel after hours or weekends as needed for operational support or community events.
  • Provide technical support for digital banking equipment.
  • Program and install hardware/software, possibly requiring travel.
  • Serve as a point of contact for daily digital banking operational issues.
  • Perform repairs, manage inventory, and conduct preventative maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Compliance

Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory laws. Complete scheduled compliance training. Document any exceptions to policies and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
