Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in financial services with direct exposure to digital assets, blockchain or crypto.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain fundamentals and crypto markets.
• Experience communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEC, OCC, NYDFS BitLicense) and tokenization in capital markets (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of digital asset initiatives, including trading, custody, and settlement workflows.
• Provide expertise in blockchain protocols, cryptocurrency markets, and tokenized assets.
• Define wallet infrastructure and key management frameworks (e.g., custody models, hot/cold storage, MPC, multi-signature).
• Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams to implement digital asset solutions.
• Evaluate vendors and platforms in the digital asset ecosystem (custodians, exchanges, analytics, tokenization).
• Address regulatory and control requirements for institutional digital asset products.
• Create documentation, workflows, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
