The DAM-Cybrarian will partner with internal and external teams to ensure the successful integration (stand-up) and operation of the organization's new Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution.

Primary Responsibilities
* Partner with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to ingest assets (images, videos, documents, etc.) into the Aprimo DAM, ensuring adherence to governance and process standards.
* Manage digital assets within the DAM, applying metadata and taxonomy standards for optimal searchability and discoverability.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to align DAM capabilities with business needs.
* Train and support internal and external users on DAM best practices for uploading, organizing, and sharing assets.
* Continuously evaluate and enhance the DAM to meet evolving organizational requirements.
* Coordinate with IT to integrate the DAM with other marketing technologies and systems.
* Monitor usage and analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Develop and maintain policies and procedures for asset usage, permissions, and access control.
Role Overview
The Digital Asset Manager - Cybrarian is responsible for managing the organization's Packaging Digital Asset Management content. This includes ensuring all digital assets meet clear standards, are properly managed within the DAM system, and integrate with enterprise software systems. The role leads the development of DAM capabilities, streamlines operations, optimizes workflows, and ensures governance and metadata standards are upheld.
This individual will collaborate closely with the KCNA Brand Design & Packaging team, IT, BU Sales, Marketing, Digital Commerce, and other departments to ensure packaging assets are organized, catalogued, and effectively managed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Enforce governance policies to standardize asset categorization and maintain content quality.
* Maintain and prioritize the database Bug and Development Enhancement Lists.
* Oversee DAM metadata fields, permission schemes, workflows, notifications, and reporting to enhance user experience.
* Develop and automate processes for DAM and related internal tools.
* Monitor system usage and implement solutions to boost engagement and workflow efficiency.
* Identify and resolve data quality issues (e.g., uniqueness, accuracy, consistency).
* Provide user support and assist with system maintenance.
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
Support for Tactical Design Manager
* Manage requests for new and existing product and packaging digital assets.
* Reconcile and tag files (e.g., renaming, deleting duplicates, scanning).
* Collaborate with Integrated Partners to clean up image data and archiving.
* Provide on-site support for packaging projects, including proofing and miscellaneous requests.
* Coordinate comp requests: estimating, direction, proofing, and approvals.
* Maintain and update product charts.
