QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Digital Librarian for Premedia Production to coordinate the flow of digital assets through the premedia process and manage file exchanges with internal and external partners.

This onsite role, based in Franconia, VA, requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with digital asset management and project coordination. You will work with photography and PR teams, manage image requests, swatches, shot sheets, and coordinate with outside

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in office management.
• High attention to detail.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Proficient in digital asset management.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize digital images and video.
• Coordinate swatch cards to support color matching.
• Manage image requests by Public Relations and Social Media.
• Ensure accuracy on shot sheets for photography team.
• Coordinate timing and assign tasks to outside vendors.
