Job summary

Sutter Health in North Carolina seeks an experienced IT professional to administer and optimize imaging platforms such as Visage, PowerScribe 360, Continuum, Aidoc and RadAI. You will manage workflows, reporting, voice recognition, DICOM/HL7 interfaces, and API integrations while supporting Windows servers, virtualization, and storage infrastructure.

Collaborating with radiologists, clinicians, vendors, and IT teams, you will lead implementations, upgrades, testing, and operational improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field
• 3 years of relevant experience

Organization: SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley

Position Overview: Responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of Visage viewer, PowerScribe 360, Continuum, Aidoc, and RadAI within a complex healthcare environment. This role manages imaging workflows, reporting and voice recognition solutions, DICOM/HL7 interfaces, API integrations, image routing, hanging protocols, and system performance, while supporting the underlying Windows server, virtualization, storage, and workstation infrastructure. The position leads technology implementations, upgrades, testing, and operational improvement initiatives, partnering with radiologists, clinicians, vendors, and IT teams to deliver efficient, reliable, and innovative imaging services.

Serves as the primary development contact in assisting in the development and appropriate technical support for their assigned applications and developing and optimizing their applications to achieve Sutter operational goals. Responsible for developing and maintaining their assigned application areas and collaborates across teams without direction to support and develop the application.

Pay Range is $117,436.80 to $176,155.20 / annual salary. Sacramento Valley Area Pay Range is $117,436.80 to $176,155.20 / annual salary. North Carolina Pay Range is $105,705.60 to $158,558.40 / annual salary.

The posted pay range is based on the position's primary work location. Candidates who reside and work outside of that location may be subject to a different pay range based on their work location. Candidate starting salaries consider multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
