Responsibilities

• Provides analytical advice and direction for applications and technology impacting business operations.
• Analyze and apply Enterprise data to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Develops and deploys Digital and IT solutions.
• Establishes procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology.
• Delivers training to support process changes and new technology introductions.
• Evaluates and modifies existing technology to meet changing requirements.
• Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in implementation.
• Provide after-hour technical support as needed.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• May be assigned disciplines such as Application Programming, Software Support, Database Administration, PC Support, LAN/WAN Support, Help Desk, Engineering Systems, IT Security, Business Systems.
