Buro Happold is expanding its US Digital Advisory practice and seeking a Principal to lead and grow market offerings, shape client agendas, and manage strategic accounts. You will drive revenue, margin, and client impact while mentoring a high-performing team.

You will collaborate with global teams to tailor offerings for the US market, shape market strategy, and own major pursuits from qualification to conversion.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a senior leadership role within Digital Advisory, Digital Transformation, or Technology consulting.
• Proven ability to originate and grow strategic accounts and multi-million revenue opportunities.
• Strong track record in executive-level stakeholder engagement and complex advisory programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the US Digital Advisory practice with clear accountability for market positioning and pipeline growth.
• Originate high-value advisory opportunities with executive clients across priority sectors.
• Lead multidisciplinary engagements delivering measurable commercial and operational outcomes.
