Job Summary
TheDigital Advertising Editorplays an important role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of client digital ads. The primary responsibility of the editor will be to review and approve digital advertisements that will run on the various PatientPoint digital platforms. As a Digital Advertising Editor, you will review both consumer- and provider-facing ads, working closely with designers, HTML developers and client success managers.

What You’ll Do

  • Review/proofread digital and printed ads for pharmaceutical and over-the-counter products to confirm that content and functionality match client-requested specifications
  • Ensure every ad meets regulatory specifications, including FDA requirements, proper presentation of safety information and correct hyperlinking to required documentation
  • Work with client success managers, designers, developers and client contacts to understand content requirements and design elements for ads produced in-house
  • Collaborate with team members to review client-requested updates or revisions and communicate those changes to the appropriate designer/developer.
  • Perform quality check on ads annotated in-house that are submitted for clients’ medical-legal review

What We Need

  • Prior related training or on-the-job experience
  • Ability to shift quickly between reviewing consumer-facing and more technical provider-facing material
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Extremely detail oriented

  • Bachelor's degree in English or equivalent experience
