Position Outline Agreement: Digital Ad Campaign Manager

Role Title: Digital Ad Campaign Manager

Department: Advertising Operations

Reports To: Agency Owner / Campaign Director

Location: Remote (Overseas Applicants Welcome)

Schedule: Full-Time; Weekend work required (primary workload Sat–Sun) with availability for Midnight EST updates during the week.

Role Purpose: To build, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and Klaviyo platforms following LeftLane’s standard campaign architecture. This is an execution-focused role, ensuring campaigns are accurate, live, and reporting correctly, supporting some of the largest automotive influencer brands online.

45-Day Ramp-Up Training Plan
  • Week 1 (Days 1–7): Foundations & Platform Orientation
  • Milestones:
    • Complete onboarding to Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and Klaviyo accounts.
    • Review LeftLane campaign architecture, naming conventions, SOPs.
    • Shadow live campaign launches with a senior manager.
    • Complete 1 test campaign build per platform in a sandbox/demo environment.
    • Submit the first mock weekly revenue report for review.
  • Week 2 (Days 8–14): Supervised Execution
  • Milestones:
    • Launch real campaigns on Meta & Google under supervision.
    • Update creative assets across all platforms.
    • Monitor accounts daily and escalate 100% of identified issues.
    • Complete first live weekly revenue report with <5% error margin.
    • Execute 1 Klaviyo campaign with QA review.
  • Week 3 (Days 15–21): Independent Daily Ops
  • Milestones:
    • Independently launch Meta and Google campaigns with no critical errors.
    • Perform midnight updates solo.
    • Take full ownership of the monitoring & escalation process.
    • Complete weekly report accurately and on time without supervision.
    • Manage TikTok and Snapchat campaigns with minimal oversight.
  • Week 4–5 (Days 22–35): Efficiency & Reporting Mastery
  • Milestones:
    • Fully own campaign buildouts on all platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).
    • Demonstrate ability to handle multiple simultaneous creative swaps and budget changes.
    • Achieve consistent 99%+ reporting accuracy.
    • Identify and propose at least one operational improvement (naming, QA, automation, etc.).
  • Week 6+ (Days 36–45): Full Autonomy & Scaling
  • Milestones:
    • Run all daily operations independently.
    • Complete all midnight updates and weekend workload autonomously.
    • Consistently meet all daily and weekly KPIs.
    • Successfully managed a full client account end-to-end for 1 week with no escalations required.
    • End of Ramp Review with Campaign Director — promotion from “Trainee” to “Active Manager.”
Responsibilities
  • Build ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, PMax), TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Update ad creative and input daily budgets according to provided assets and instructions.
  • Monitor accounts for disapprovals, failed payments, outages, and escalate issues immediately.
  • Follow standardized LeftLane campaign structures and strategies.
  • Manage Google Ads creative uploads, cropping/resizing, and video placement.
  • Schedule and send Email/SMS campaigns through Klaviyo.
  • Complete weekly revenue reports segmented by platform (spend, revenue, ROAS).
  • Maintain high attention to detail on budgets, spelling/grammar, dates, and deadlines
  • Use Google Drive to manage creative assets across platforms.
Qualifications
  • Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Weekend availability; midnight EST weekday updates.
  • Proven experience with Meta, Google Ads (incl. YouTube & PMax), TikTok, Snapchat Ads Managers.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Google Drive, Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented reporting and campaign execution.
