You will lead digital initiatives, collaborate with various stakeholders, and influence adoption across teams in a dynamic market. The role requires strong consultation, problem-solving, and communication skills, with travel to dealer sites.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Caterpillar applications such as VisionLink, Cat Central, PCC, SIS.
  • MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Governs dealer execution of strategic Digital initiatives to drive adoption and growth.
  • Supports revenue growth by expanding connected assets and e-commerce adoption.
  • Advises on Digital projects prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Leads process improvements in data management, deployment, and technology adoption.
  • Supports development and execution of adoption and communications strategies for new products and platforms.
  • Supports two dealers in the Southern US District.

What You Will Do
  • Governs dealer execution of several strategically important Digital initiatives to support business growth while working with various stakeholders to drive adoption of new technology.
  • Enables revenue growth by ensuring dealers continue to grow their connected assets population and e‑commerce customer adoption.
  • Actively supports dealers by being a trusted advisor on Digital projects prioritization, ensuring resources are allocated to execute accordingly.
  • Leads processes improvement on areas such as data management, platform deployment and technology adoption to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Supports the development and manages implementation of internal/external adoption and communication strategies for new products, technology platforms, and applications.
  • As a Digital Adoption Representative, you will support two dealers situated in the Southern US District.
What You Will Have

Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

  • Communicates the importance of customer needs/expectations and commits to resolving them.
  • Meets regularly with customers to understand their wants, needs and expectations.

Consulting: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.

  • Explains the requirements, deliverables, costs, and criticalities of the assignment.
  • Documents client's objectives and project scope.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision‑making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

  • Identifies, obtains, and organizes relevant data and ideas.
  • Recognizes, clarifies, and prioritizes concerns.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Considerations For Top Candidates
  • Experience working with Caterpillar applications such as VisionLink, Cat Central, Parts.Cat.Com (PCC), SIS
  • Knowledge in MS Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and ERP platforms
  • Ability to influence internal business partners, dealers and customers on the various digital tools to drive adoption and utilization.
Additional Details
  • This role requires >50% travel at assigned CAT dealerships
Summary Pay Range

$112,710.00 - $169,060.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
