Credence is hiring an Instructor of Digital Acquisition (Technical) to support AFIT/LS at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will develop and deliver professional continuing education on acquisition, logistics, data, and software engineering for Air Force and DoD customers.

The role requires a STEM degree and 10 years of engineering experience including at least 3 years in applied systems engineering, with MBSE and SysML tooling proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 10 years of engineering or related technical discipline experience, including at least 3 years in applied systems engineering.
• Experience in digital engineering, model-based systems engineering, digital modeling, or similar digital acquisition area.
• Experience with digital modeling languages and MBSE.
• Knowledge of DAF, DoD, or USAF engineering policies, guides, and directives.
• Strong background in SysML, Cameo, No Magic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Professional Continuing Education (PCE) to educate joint service personnel on tactical, strategic, and operational levels of AF/DoD Digital Acquisitions.
• Coordinate with sponsors, SMEs, and instructional designers to determine education needs and develop course content.
• Instruct students across on-site classrooms and distance learning platforms.
• Travel to different locations CONUS and OCONUS as required.
• Assist faculty with graduate-level research and data collection as needed.
