Firstsource Advantage in Amherst, NY is hiring a Digital Account Representative (Collections) for a full-time role. The position pays $19.00 per hour and starts with Monday September 21st.

Training runs Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM, with standard work hours 9:00AM-6:00PM. You will engage customers to understand their financial situations, suggest payment solutions, and handle calls with empathy while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience.
• Stable work history and a professional demeanor.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with care and discretion.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities
