This role is ideal for a collaborative, consultative relationship builder who enjoys solving complex marketing challenges, translating campaign performance into meaningful insights, coordinating complex projects, and helping partners achieve their enrollment and marketing goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support partners throughout the full campaign lifecycle, from discovery and planning through campaign launches, optimization, reporting, and renewal discussions.
  • Coordinate the internal project management of integrated marketing campaigns by managing campaign assets, timelines, launch schedules, deliverables and cross-functional workflows to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Paid Media, Creative, Research & Insights, and Production teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with partner goals.
  • Develop campaign insights, performance summaries and strategic recommendations to support partner meetings, business reviews and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Translate campaign data into meaningful insights and benchmarking that demonstrate performance, identify opportunities and support reporting to partners.
  • Monitor campaign progress, proactively identify risks or roadblocks, and coordinate solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partner relationships through additional services, products, or strategic initiatives.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations and onboarding activities for new partners.
  • Stay informed on higher education marketing trends, digital advertising best practices, and emerging technologies to better support partners.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Project Management, or another client-facing role.
  • Experience working with digital marketing campaigns and interpreting campaign performance data.
  • Strong organization and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to partner meetings as needed.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Experience working within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Experience supporting higher education or other mission-driven organizations.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, display advertising, programmatic media, or similar digital marketing channels.
  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) or other analytics platforms.
  • Understanding creative development and integrated marketing campaign execution.
  • Experience presenting campaign results and recommendations to external stakeholders.
Benefits
