Texas Instruments Incorporated is seeking an energetic Execution Process Engineer to join our DAP PE section at SMFAB in Sherman, Texas. You will focus on real-time, execution-driven improvements across manufacturing operations, keeping production flowing through sound decision-making and proactive quality assurance.

You will support operations with data-driven dispositions, improve methods, identify systematic problems, and provide on-shift assistance to sustain output and minimize production

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations through timely, data‑driven lot and equipment dispositions
• Support quality control processes and rapid‑response containment protocols to maintain tight process control
• Develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality
• Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment‑related sources and communicate findings to the engineering staff in a continuous manner
• Provide direct, on‑shift support to manufacturing operations to sustain output and resolve issues in real time
• Participate in data analysis and troubleshooting to resolve equipment and process issues quickly, minimizing production impact
