Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Diffusion Engineering Manager to direct engineering and manufacturing operations within the Diffusion department, focusing on process excellence and production efficiency. You will oversee improvements in module processes and equipment, coordinating with Process Integration and Yield teams to sustain high-quality output.

The role requires strong leadership of junior engineers, setting priorities, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering or a related field with 3 years of experience.
• Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in same fields plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering staff with structured career plans.
• Set departmental priorities and allocate resources to meet targets.
• Establish policies to promote efficiency, safety, and compliance.
