Position Summary

Seeking a Clinical Dietitian (Hourly-PRN) to join our Nutrition Team at Norwalk Hospital, CT, 1-5 days/monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical nutrition therapy including assessment, diet modification, education, and intervention
• Follow all guidelines outlined in the Company Diet Manual and Nutrition Policies & Procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, HIPAA, and patient rights
• Train and mentor staff and interns as applicable
• Participate in patient satisfaction, departmental meetings, and quality improvement programs

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential from the CDR
• State licensure where required
• Preferred: 1 year hospital experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR, diet systems, and nutrient analysis software
