Job summary

Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital in Lubbock, TX, part of Ernest Health, Inc., is seeking a Dietitian to join our care team on a PRN basis. This inpatient position supports adult and pediatric patients, coordinating meals and dietary prescriptions to meet individual needs.

A current Dietitian license is required, with hospital experience preferred. You will collaborate with the Food Services Manager, uphold confidentiality, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered nutrition program.

Qualifications

• Current Dietitian license required or certified by the Commission on Dietetics, as required by state.
• One year of experience in patient care in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the preparation and serving of meals, in collaboration with the Food Services Manager, based on general or special diets.
• Specifies dietary requirements for patients with special restrictions or nutritional needs.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and guiding principles into daily practice.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Current Dietitian license required or certified by the Commission on Dietetics, as required by state.
• One year of experience in the care of patients in hospital setting preferred.
