We are seeking a NICU Dietitian (Full Time) to join our Nutrition Team at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.

About the Facility

The hospital features a level 4 NICU with 115 beds. The role involves cross coverage with Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at our new state-of-the-art facility opened in January.

Unit and Location

Unit: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Location: 2001 W 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46260

Schedule

Monday - Friday (preferably 7am-3:30pm) with rotating weekends every 7 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide medical nutrition therapy, including assessment, diet modification, education, and intervention.
2. Follow all guidelines within the Company Diet Manual and Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, HIPAA, and patient rights policies.
4. Train and mentor staff and interns as applicable.
5. Participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credentialed by the CDR.
• State licensure where required.
• At least one year of hospital experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, diet office systems, and nutrient analysis software.
