Sioux Center Health is seeking a dedicated Dietitian to provide comprehensive medical nutrition therapy to patients and residents within a faith-based healthcare setting in Sioux Center, IA. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Food & Nutrition, RD credential, and Iowa licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food & Nutrition required.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required.
• Licensed by the Iowa Board of Examiners of Dietitians required.

Responsabilités

• Plans general diets and four weeks of cycle menus.
• Provides Medical Nutrition Therapy to patients and residents.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to develop nutrition care plans.
• Documents resident preferences, food intake and weight records.
• Assists with nutrition education for patients and community.
