Responsibilities

• Coordinate nutrition care using the Nutrition Care Process for inpatients and outpatients.
• Provide nutrition education to patients and families per guidelines.
• Consult with healthcare providers and participate in the interdisciplinary team.
• Document in the EMR according to policies and regulations.
• Refer to other services and resources as needed.
• Contribute to quality and process improvement initiatives.
