Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics required.
  • 1 Year healthcare experience preferred.

Work hours: PRN, Variable Hours, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with rotating weekends

Here’s What You Need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition or related area required
  • 1 Year healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience in both adult and NICU populations preferred
  • RD - Registered Dietitian 6 Months required
  • LD - Licensed Dietitian 6 Months required
What You Will Do
  • Utilize each step of the Nutrition Care Process effectively and efficiently to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to assigned patient populations.
  • Promote teamwork and support organizational goals by demonstrating flexibility in scheduling and shift assignments. When indicated, willingly take on work to even out case load or meet schedule deadlines. Collaborate effectively with peers to ensure shifts are covered.
  • Promote safe and effective care through effective communication and workflow practices, including the use of THR specific and High Reliability Organization (HRO) communication and safety strategies.
  • Promote Quality in Practice through systematic measurement of outcomes, regular performance evaluations, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain competence through ongoing self-evaluation and study aimed at identifying and closing relevant professional knowledge and/or performance gaps.
