Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian (Hourly-PRN) to join our Nutrition Team in an acute care medical center in Southfield, MI. This PRN position offers flexible coverage across multiple locations, including Henry Ford Providence Southfield, Henry Ford Providence Novi, and training at Brighton Center for Recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical nutrition therapy, including assessment, diet modification, education, and intervention
  • Follow all guidelines outlined in the Company Diet Manual and Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual
  • Comply with all regulatory standards, including HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights
  • Train and mentor patient services staff and interns as applicable
  • Participate in patient satisfaction, departmental meetings, and quality assurance programs
Qualifications
  • Registered Dietitian credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • State licensure where required
  • One year of hospital experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and nutrient analysis software
