This role focuses on providing nutritional care for individuals with mental health conditions, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to support patient well-being. Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our Nutrition Team at an acute care medical center in Hopkinsville, KY.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provides medical nutrition therapy including assessment, diet modification, education, and intervention.
2. Follows all guidelines outlined in the Company Diet Manual and Nutrition Policies & Procedures.
3. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, confidentiality, HIPAA, and patient rights.
4. Trains and mentors staff and interns as applicable.
5. Participates in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
2. Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, where required.
3. Preferred: One year of hospital experience.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and nutrient analysis software.
