Harvest Table Culinary Group is seeking a Registered Dietitian to lead health and wellbeing initiatives, manage nutritional analysis for menu programs, and support on-campus dining through education and counseling.

The role collaborates with culinary, guest experiences, leadership, and campus partners to implement programs, ensure labeling compliance, and maintain professional credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition is required.
• Registered Dietitian credential with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensure as applicable.
• Strong communication, analytical and decision-making skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Post accurate menu ingredient and allergen transparency on digital media platforms.
• Oversee FDA National Menu Labeling compliance for signage in on-campus locations.
• Support health and wellbeing programs and on-campus events.
• Collaborate with culinary and guest experiences teams to enhance guest wellbeing.
• Maintain HIPAA/FERPA guidelines during nutrition counseling.
